Welcome to my site! I offer practical coaching to Project Managers and related Project Management professionals.

My coaching is based on 20+ years experience leading complex Projects and the individuals that work within them. Over that time, I have been responsible for the leadership and development of hundreds of individuals.

My aim is to offer you practical coaching – that means really understanding the challenges you are facing on a day to day basis and offering practical advice, both to support the success of your Project and your professional development.

A bit about me.

I worked for 20+ years for a global Defence organisation in a wide variety of roles centred around the delivery of highly complex, multi-million pound Projects. These Projects involved the design, development, integration, production and support of electronics equipment. In my career, I have worked in various leadership roles through Work Package Management, Project Management, Portfolio Management, Head of Discipline and Operations Director roles.

In that time I have experienced the highs and lows that the management of Projects can bring. I have learned countless lessons that have aided my own personal development and those around me.

What I can offer.

I can offer face to face coaching sessions in the South East or online. I understand that every individual and the challenges they face on their Projects or in their career will be different, so an initial 30 min discussion will help decide how best I can help.

I can offer pay as you go sessions or something more structured, as well as affordable session pricing.
